Hi, I’m Vicky – and Soul Kitchen is more than just a restaurant. It’s the story of my life, my roots, my travels, and my passion for creating something truly heartfelt. ​ I was born and raised in Greece, where food is not just a meal – it’s a way of bringing people together. Around the table, we celebrate, we argue, we laugh, we cry – food is the language of our soul. AThroughout my life, I’ve traveled across the Mediterranean – from the Greek islands to the Italian countryside, from the Spanish coast to little hidden villages where grandmothers still cook with nothing but fire, love and tradition. Every stop inspired me. Every bite taught me something new.

After more than 20 years working in hospitality – in restaurants from Athens to Germany – I knew it was time to create something of my own. I followed my heart to Thailand and found my home in Phuket. That’s how Soul Kitchen was born – a tropical escape with a Mediterranean soul. A place where flavors feel like home and quality is everything. We work with the best ingredients, fresh herbs and honest products – because you deserve nothing less. At Soul Kitchen, we believe in keeping things real. Real food, real people, real connection.
